3D INDUSTRIES and Roboze sign resale agreement for French AM market

3D Industries and Roboze have signed a reselling agreement to increase the application opportunities of the French industry with the most precise 3D printing solutions in the world for the production of parts with super polymers and composite materials, capable of replacing metals.

France is among the leading European countries in terms of industrial 3D printing and materials. Before the pandemic in 2019, it accounted for 3% of global additive manufacturing with a turnover of nearly 500 million euros.
The global upheaval marked by the health crisis has hit the supply chain of French industry hard, spurring new trends such as the transformation of production processes to favor shorter and more flexible supply chains.

This need is the basis of the collaboration between 3D Industries, reseller and consultant specialized in additive manufacturing in the Ile de France region, and Roboze, tech company supplier of the most adopted industrial 3D printers for the production of functional and finished components thanks to repeatability, accuracy and versatility of its solutions. 3D Industries boasts a long experience in the 3D Printing sector and makes the quality of the assistance service one of its greatest strengths.

“We are delighted with this new partnership with Roboze” explains François Draghi, Co-Manager at 3D industries. “Choosing Roboze is very important for us since it will allow us to expand our range of 3D printers. Now, we will be able to offer our customers reliable 3D printers that meet current needs such as printing finished parts in Ultem AM9085F, Carbon PEEK. We’re going to be able to reach markets that we couldn’t have until now. A very nice collaboration with Roboze is coming!”

Roboze 3D printing technology offers enormous advantages in industrial production processes thanks to the possibility of creating functional prototypes and finished parts with reduced times and costs compared to traditional manufacturing techniques. Roboze offers industrial additive manufacturing systems with super materials such as PEEK, Carbon PEEK and ULTEM AM9085F capable of replacing metals in a variety of applications. This ecosystem finally brings 3D printing on a par with conventional methods such as CNC machining and injection molding, in terms of consistency, repeatability and process control, integrating perfectly into the production workflow of manufacturing companies and positioning itself as a solution for custom production.

This opportunity for companies translates into a reduction in prototyping and production times and costs, in a better quality of the final parts thanks to sensors that monitor production in real time, up to guaranteeing greater productivity through the reduction of errors and machine downtime.

“We are proud of this new agreement with 3D Industries” explains Giancarlo Scianatico, EMEA Business Development at Roboze. “Together we want to make a significant contribution to the digital transition of French companies. The agreement is decisive and strategic for us as it involve.”
