3D Printing Software: nTop introduces Major Update nTop 4

nTop, a leading design software company, unveiled the major update of its flagship product: nTop 4 at RAPID + TCT in early May.

With comprehensive support for Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM), nTop 4 enables engineer*s to use additive manufacturing (AM) in mainstream production.

“At nTop, we have always believed that design is at the core of solving the world’s hardest engineering problems. nTop 4 marks the next stage of our journey enabling engineers to deliver highly engineered AM parts for products to reach new levels of performance,” states Bradley Rothenberg, nTop co-founder, and CEO.

nTop 4 introduces four key areas: Design, Integration, Scaling and Deployment. A new generative design technology called Field Optimization enables engineer*s to create efficient AM part designs for diverse applications.

Implicit Interop eliminates data transfer bottlenecks and enables transfer between nTop, manufacturing, CAD and CAE software in files that are in the megabyte range, not the gigabyte range. With nTop Automate, users* can multiply the impact of their engineering resources.

New in nTop 4 is nTop Accelerate, a series of one-on-one training sessions and workshops to help customers achieve their goals. nTop continues to focus on onboarding programs to quickly deliver value to engineers.
