3D Systems Beginns Beta Testing Of Their New ProJet MJP 2500 And Updates ProJet 3600 And ProJet 5500X

In a press release 3D Systems announces that their new ProJet 2500 successfully ended the alpha testing phase and entered beta testing with selected customers. And also updated their existing line of MultiJet Printers.

The new version of the ProJet MJP 3600 received a speed boost. It now delivers double the speed of the previous generation. The ProJet MJP 5500X received a higher resolution update which existing machines can adopt via a software installation. The top of the line 3D Printer also gets two new elastic materials. The black VisiJet CE-BK and the natural coloured VisiJet CE-NT.

The new ProJet MJP 2500:
This new machine will be on the lower end of the MJP portfolio of 3D Systems. It aims for professionals who need a small flexible MultiJet 3D Printer. The office-friendly system just entered the beta test phase with selected users and will be available at a later date.
