French 3D printing specialist 3DCeram has unveiled CERIA, a new AI-powered system designed to improve efficiency and precision in ceramic 3D printing. CERIA is aimed in particular at industries such as aerospace, defense and semiconductors, which require high resolution and material integrity even for large-scale projects. The system was developed specifically for 3DCeram’s Ceramaker product line and is designed to reduce production costs and optimize processes.
The software combines two central modules to optimize the printing process. CERIA Set adapts the printing parameters individually to each project, analyzes the designs and creates suitable configurations. CERIA Live monitors the printing process in real time and makes adjustments where necessary to maintain the production flow. Color-coded visualizations allow users to identify and correct problems such as slurry leaks at an early stage. The system integrates seamlessly with existing 3DCeram tools. For example, Build-It and CPS 2.0.
The versatility of CERIA is demonstrated by its compatibility with models such as the C101 EASY FAB, C1000 FLEXMATIC and C3601 ULTIMATE. It enables the production of components with high precision, minimizes material waste and accelerates time to market. Especially in industries such as aerospace, where tight schedules and consistent quality are important, the system delivers benefits.
With over 20 years of experience in ceramic 3D printing, 3DCeram has positioned itself as a specialist for demanding applications.
