Aconity3D to combine in-house exhibition and user conference on additive manufacturing in May 2026

Aconity3D GmbH is planning two closely coordinated events for May 2026 that are specifically aimed at technically experienced users of additive manufacturing. With the new in-house exhibition AconityXPERIENCE on May 19, followed by the second USER Conference on May 20 and 21, the company intends to deepen direct exchange on industrial 3D printing processes and present current system developments within its own ecosystem.

The AconityXPERIENCE will take place for the first time at the company’s headquarters in Herzogenrath and is explicitly also aimed at interested parties without an existing customer relationship. The focus will be on the new AconityX machine generation, which is designed for flexible laser powder bed fusion processes with high throughput requirements. Various build platform sizes will be demonstrated, which can be changed without complex modifications, enabling short setup times. Experience the new multi-material welding head of the AconityWIRE, which is designed both as an add-on module and as a standalone process head and specifically addresses hybrid manufacturing approaches. Company representatives will explain typical application scenarios from research, development, and series production on site.

Immediately afterwards, the USER Conference will follow, which according to Aconity3D is intended to build on the successful debut in 2024. The venues are the DAS LIEBIG conference center in Aachen as well as, once again, the headquarters in Herzogenrath. The content focus is on real-world application examples, process parameters, and system adaptations in the LPBF environment. Technical presentations from industry and academia, along with in-depth workshops, are intended to promote the exchange of experience between users, development partners, and the manufacturer. All contributions will be held in English in order to support the international orientation of the participant group.

By combining an open in-house exhibition with a specialized user conference, Aconity3D positions May 2026 as a compact period for knowledge transfer, technical discussion, and the development of robust networks within additive manufacturing.
