Addaero Manufacturing Receives Rev C Certification AS9100

Addaero Manufacturing, a leader in the additive manufacturing space, is pleased to announce the achievement of AS9100 Rev C Certification.
AS9100 is the internationally recognized Quality Management System standard specific to the aerospace, aviation and defense industries. The standard is strongly supported and adhered to by major aerospace OEMs and is being required by vendors within the supply chain on an increasing basis. The majority of Addaero’s business is focused on aerospace and as more customers move to using AM for serial production the AS9100 certification becomes a requirement to ensure high quality. Addaero currently uses Electron Beam Melting from Arcam and produces flight critical components with the Arcam A2X and Arcam Q20.

AS9100C certification reflects Addaero’s commitment to meeting and exceeding the increasingly stringent industry requirements for aerospace related products and assures our manufacturing processes consistently meet the requirements and expectations of customer’s presenting the most challenging applications. Achieving this certification strengthens Addaero’s competitive position as the leader in the aerospace additive manufacturing market.
