Agile Manufacturing, Canada’s largest 3D printing services company, has significantly expanded its production capacity by integrating nine large-format 3D printers. The company’s fleet now comprises a total of 45 additive manufacturing machines, including systems for Digital Light Projection (DLP), MultiJet Printing (MJP), Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Liquid Deposition Silicon (LDM) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). The majority of the machines, a total of 25 devices, as well as the materials used come from 3D Systems, a globally renowned provider of 3D printing technologies.
As an authorized reseller of 3D Systems, Agile Manufacturing offers comprehensive services such as installation, training and maintenance in addition to the marketing of 3D printers. The company supports customers from various industries who use additive manufacturing solutions for a wide range of applications. Agile not only provides support in selecting the right equipment, but also in integrating the systems into existing production processes.
In the area of manufacturing services, Agile produces robust end-use parts for low to medium volume applications. The materials used include Accura SLA plastics, heat-resistant Figure-4 materials and DuraForm nylon. The company also offers special options such as soft duromers and flame-retardant materials, which are particularly in demand in the automotive and aerospace industries.
By expanding its production fleet, Agile is responding to the increasing demand for high-quality 3D printing solutions in Canada. The use of different printing technologies enables the company to offer customized solutions for customers while increasing efficiency in manufacturing. Agile Manufacturing thus remains a key player in the Canadian additive manufacturing market and strengthens its position as an important partner for companies that rely on innovative production methods.
