The Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) is preparing for its 2026 conference, which will take place from March 15 to 19 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. The event is aimed at professionals who operate industrial additive manufacturing and 3D printing equipment in a professional environment. An early bird offer is currently available for this target group, with a participation fee of $1,295. According to the organizer, this price is valid until December 12, 2025, and is $200 below the next rate and $400 below the regular final price.
The AMUG Conference sees itself as a platform by users for users. Engineers, designers, executives, and educators from around the world are invited to exchange experiences and best practices in additive manufacturing, discuss technical challenges, and present application examples. The organizers describe AMUG as a global community that aims to accelerate education and development in the field of additive manufacturing. The conference runs for four days and five nights and combines a technical program with social events.
In terms of content, AMUG is planning a packed program with keynotes, technical presentations, panels, training sessions, and practical workshops. In addition, there will be formats such as the Innovators Showcase, a technical competition, and the AMUGderby. Another central element is the AMUGexpo, an exhibition area where suppliers and users can engage in direct exchange. According to the organizers, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening events are included in the participant price. At lunchtime, participants will be assigned table seats at random to encourage interdisciplinary exchange.
