AprintaPro Ends Warping Hassle With 3D Printers

PrintaFix Basic – the solution for adhesion problems.

Makers that work with a FDM – 3D printer know the problem of missing adhesion and resulting issues. With insufficient adhesion the 3D printed object will either warp or completely detach and the print is ruined. The Austrian Start-Up AprintaPro has now released a product that targets this problem. Warping is not necessary. Throughout the cooling process the print develops internal tensions that try to lift it away from the printbed. It is therefore vital for a high quality print to transfer these tensions into the printbed (which by itself cannot transfer enough tension). In order to make this happenyou need an adhesion layer. So far most products were not able to provide a fully reliable and efficient solution to this problem. Those that were performing better were harmful or very hard to use. PrintaFix Basic was formulated to apply the right amount of adhesion to print and to then release the print easily when finished.
