Chinese 3D printer manufacturer Artillery is launching a new device on the market with the M1 Pro. The CoreXY printer is now available for pre-order and will be available from July 2025. The device offers a combination of high speed, a large build area and a variety of automated functions.
The M1 Pro works with a CoreXY kinematic system that ensures precise and fast printing movements. With a maximum print speed of 600 mm/s and an acceleration of up to 20,000 mm/s², the device is at the top end of current FDM printers. This is supported by a linear X-axis, double Y-axis motors and a stable Z-axis with linear bearings.
The size is 260 × 260 × 260 mm³. The device is fully pre-assembled and comes with factory-calibrated mechanics. Thanks to automatic calibration and an actively heated build chamber (up to 60 °C), the M1 Pro can also process technical materials such as ABS, ASA or carbon fiber-reinforced filaments. The maximum hotend temperature is 320 °C and the print bed reaches up to 120 °C.
Another feature is the integrated AI camera, which monitors the printing process in real time and is designed to detect misprints. In addition to quality control, the camera also enables automatic time-lapse recordings.
It can be controlled via touchscreen, PC software, SD card or WLAN. Multiple devices can also be managed centrally. The aluminium housing in monoblock design ensures high rigidity and minimizes vibrations at high speeds. The M1 Pro does not offer a unit for printing with multiple materials.
The price is 350 euros. According to the manufacturer, delivery will begin in July 2025.
