Chinese manufacturer of affordable 3D printers and 3D scanners, Shining 3D, has teamed up with the 3D digital platform KS Design Lab to introduce their EinScan-S and EinScan-Pro 3D scanners to the Japanese market.
Founded in 2006, Japan-based KS DESIGN LAB is a planning and design office offering 3D digital technology. The company distributing 3D technology is also dedicated to research and development for the creation of new digital technology.
“We offer our customers great 3D digital technology in making a product for art, medical, entertainment and cultural property conservation,” states KS Design Lab.
The partnership with Shining 3D was officially announced during a press conference held in Tokyo on January 26th and involves the manufacturer’s two key products. The EinScan-Pro Handheld 3D scanner was recently launched at the International CES in Las Vegas. The device is a combination of industrial, handheld and desktop 3D scanner, offering four different scan modes. The EinScan-S desktop 3D scanner is the affordable consumer version, also featuring Shining 3D’s white light technology.
Both 3D scanners will be available through KS Design Lab to Japanese customers, with further products of Shining 3D to follow.
