CubeTeam: Collaborative 3D-Modelling in Browser

CubeTeam by OtherLab is a free 3D modelling software, which enables multiple user to create 3D objects in a browser. These objects can then be printed with a 3D printer. Basically it is a mixture of a simple CAD program and Minecraft.

The portal allows for creation of cubes in various sizes and colours as well as import of 3D models (OBJ and STL) and 2D pictures (JPG or PNG), which can be edited in CubeTeam.

Completed models can be exported as animated GIFs as well as OBJ and PLY files. If you don’t have your own 3D printer you can send the file directly via CubeTeam to the service provider Shapeways, who will then print and dispatch it.
