DCNS Partners with Dassault Systèmes on 3DEXPERIENCE Innovation Platform

3D design software company Dassault Systèmes has teamed up with naval defence solutions provider DCNS to pioneer a new era in the design, engineering, construction and lifecycle services of naval defence solutions.

DCNS will use the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to manage the entire lifecycle of its products such as submarines, frigates,patrol vessels or aircraft carriers. The design and engineering of high-performing naval defense solutions require a seamless integration of complex systems and infrastructure such as nuclear and conventional propulsion systems, radars, missiles and communications materials. End-users in all disciplines must rely on access to accurate, advanced and up-to-date information to make informed decisions.
