The complete nozzle is made of a special tungsten alloy, which is harder than brass or steel. Its material and thermal properties grant precise calibrations, constant layer thicknesses on long lasting print runs and its features making the nozzle the first choice for 3D printing processes with abrasive or high temperature filaments, such as carbon fiber or PEEK.
