New York City-based artist and designer Alexis Walsh focuses on wearable design, integrating sculptural forms that are created using 3d printing technology.
At the 3D Printshow in New York this week, Alexis will debut her 3D printed LYSIS collection.
All the garments were sewn entirely by hand and completed with elements 3D printed in white nylon by Shapeways. In a final step the 3D printed parts were sanded, dyed and finished by hand as well.
