DyeMansion is presenting a new generation of solutions for post-processing in 3D printing at Formnext 2024 in Frankfurt. With the updates under the motto “it just WorX”, the company aims to further increase the efficiency and flexibility of print-to-product workflows. The new products, including the Powershot X, the improved DM60 Reservoir and the Automotive ColorsX, are aimed at both beginners and established users and focus on greater profitability and sustainability.
The new Powershot X represents the further development of the proven Powershot series, a widely used system for the post-processing of additively manufactured components. The system offers three technologies in one device: PolyShot Cleaning, PolyShot Surfacing and a combined function. This flexibility allows users to react quickly to different production requirements without having to make additional investments. The optimized operating and acquisition costs ensure a quick return on investment.
The new generation DM60 reservoir offers a sustainable and cost-effective solution for black coloring of components. With precise water control and the ability to reuse dyeing water up to twelve times, the system significantly reduces water consumption and cuts process costs by over 50 percent. At the same time, cycle times are shortened thanks to the use of residual heat from previous processes.
The Automotive ColorsX line was developed specifically for the requirements of the automotive industry. It offers improved UV and heat resistance as well as extended color options for durable and highly customizable applications. With higher gray value stabilities according to automotive industry standards, components can be integrated directly into vehicle interiors, saving additional production steps.
