Montreal-based company DYZE DESIGN hast just released the second generation of its DyzEND-X 3D printer hotend, featuring higher quality and efficiency.
DYZE Design develops core 3D printer parts, including extruders and hotends, to improve existing devices. The updated DyzEND-X hotend quickly heats up to 500°C and allows users to 3D print all currently available plastics, including the most abrasive ones such as carbon fibre filled materials, as well as flexible ones. The nozzles are 100% hard stainless steel and can be swapped easily at room temperature, increasing the hotend life even more.
The all-metal, compact and light design provides better durability, higher precision and a larger printing volume. The manufacturer’s jam free technology prevents issues such as the filament frequently obstructing the hotend. The hotend is Bowden and Groove mount ready, and compatible with reprap and many other pre-assembled printers such as ROBO3D R1, Prusa i3 or Ultimaker.
