The Chinese manufacturer EASYMFG is expanding its portfolio in the metal binder jetting sector and is introducing the M200Eco and M400Plus models. These systems are designed to offer a high-performance alternative to Western suppliers such as Desktop Metal and Markforged. Following the successful sale of over 80 systems in 2024, primarily in China, the company is now preparing for the international market. The first systems have already been exported to Canada, Russia and Thailand.
The M200Eco is aimed at companies that manufacture components that are usually produced using metal injection molding (MIM). The compact design enables easy integration into production environments with limited space. At the same time, the system offers high precision, making it particularly suitable for small batch production.
The M400Plus is a further development of the existing Pro and Max series. The fully enclosed housing improves safety when handling metal powders and optimizes material processing. A higher material density is achieved thanks to more precise control of the Z-axis and an improved powder coating system. These improvements make the system particularly interesting for industrial applications with high production volumes.
