ELEGOO is using Formnext 2025 to clearly position itself as a provider of an integrated 3D printing ecosystem in the consumer segment. The company is addressing not just individual devices, but the complete workflow from model to finished part – including software, materials, and the management of entire printer farms for FDM and resin systems. The goal is to reduce typical breakpoints between model platform, slicer, machine and post-processing.
At the center are several software and platform components. The Nexprint platform, launched in August, serves as a community and content hub through which users can publish, share, and transfer models directly into their printing environment. An ongoing creator fund totaling one million US dollars is intended to make original designs and collaborations more financially attractive. In addition, ElegooSlicer and SateLite cover slicing for filament and resin printers, while the Matrix app enables centralized management of multiple devices as well as remote monitoring and job control via smartphone.
On the hardware side, ELEGOO is showcasing the Centauri Carbon, Saturn and Mars series as well as large-format systems such as the OrangeStorm Giga. New additions include the Jupiter 2, a 14-inch LCD printer with 16K resolution for large-volume, detailed models, and the Centauri Carbon 2, a multi-color FDM system with RFID-based filament detection and automatic tracking. For post-processing, the Mercury Wash Max with a large working volume and integrated drying function complements the portfolio.
In terms of materials, ELEGOO is also targeting different application scenarios – from decorative PLA applications to fiber-reinforced functional parts. The new filament range includes PETG-CF with increased wear resistance, PETG-GF with higher stiffness, and PAHT-CF for applications with higher temperature loads.
“After a decade of building and refining our 3D printing ecosystem, we are now positioned to tackle the industry’s toughest challenges” says Kevin Wang, Co-founder and VP of ELEGOO, “We aim to accelerate consumer 3D printing adoption and envision a future where every household has a 3D printer.”
