The 3D printing market for beginners is highly competitive, and with Tina2 the company Entina wants to score points with beginners with a compact FDM printer.
With dimensions of around 21 x 21 x 29 cm and a weight of 3 kg, the Tina2 is easy to transport and set up in a limited space. The installation space of 100 x 120 x 100 mm is suitable for smaller projects and prototypes.
A special feature of the Tina2 is its auto-levelling function. A proximity sensor automatically measures the printing surface and levels out any unevenness. This saves time during set-up and improves print quality, especially for inexperienced users.
The double Z-axis guide increases stability during the printing process. This has a positive effect on the level of detail and precision of the printed objects. The Tina2 processes common materials such as PLA, PLA Pro and TPU.
A 2.4-inch LCD display is used for operation. The supplied MicroSD card contains pre-installed models and two versions of the Wiibuilder slicer software. This allows users to start printing straight away without any additional downloads.
A magnetic, flexible build plate makes it easier to remove finished objects. In the event of power failures or interruptions, printing can be continued from the last position. The price for the printer is 160 US dollars.
