Eplus3D provides 3D printers with data preparation software from CADS Additive

Faster to the result, “First Time Right” and use according to hands-on mentality – this is now also possible with the 3D printers from Eplus3D. The manufacturer now also offers its metal 3D printers with optimally adapted AM-Studio data preparation software – thanks to a new cooperation with CADS Additive.

High-Performance Software for Metal 3D Printers from Eplus3D

All its advantages unfold when the high-end AM-Studio software is perfectly adapted to the connected 3D printer. And now the optimally tuned use of the software is also possible with the 3D printers from Eplus3D.

This is an advance that will benefit customers in the toolmaking, automotive, aerospace, medical technology, consumer goods and electronics industries, among others. This is because Eplus3D already offers the appropriate manufacturing solutions for these application areas in its powder bed production printers.

“We are pleased to support Eplus3D in its international expansion. Our brand-new ,TITAN.Core’ with many times faster calculation times for hatching plays its part, especially for large and complex assemblies. In addition to outstanding results, Eplus3D customers also benefit from significantly shorter production times,” says Daniel Plos, Sales Director at CADS Additive GmbH.

The advantages of the cooperation between Eplus3D and CADS Additive at a glance

  • Get started immediately

No getting to know each other, no cautious approach: software and 3D printer are as familiar to each other as old acquaintances on the first day of work. The CAD data of the component is transferred directly to the Eplus3D printer in optimized form.

  • Learning by Doing

The intuitive software makes it possible to operate the Eplus3D printers in a hands-on mentality. Instead of spending a lot of time on training sessions, operators start making parts right away.

  • “First Time Right”

Saves time and resources: thanks to optimal coordination between software and printer, even complex components succeed within tolerances on the first try. Support structures and planned distortions are taken into account directly thanks to intelligent software support.

  • Premium services as standard

Important functions as an expensive add-on? The Eplus3D devices with AM-Studio include everything that contributes to the best result.

Support is doubly premium: users of Eplus3D printers with CADS Additive’s AM-Studio data preparation software benefit from the know-how of both companies. Support is provided by the Eplus3D team, which is specially trained for the software – with CADS Additive’s software creators at their side.

“The complete integration of all Eplus3D systems into AM-Studio is a great advantage for our customers. Their parts are prepared for printing in a few predefined steps and sent to the production unit. The parameter openness is fully preserved – this is highly appreciated by advanced users in particular,” comments Enis Jost, Deputy General Manager at Eplus3D.

The advantages of AM-Studio on more and more devices

With their high-end software, CADS Additive aims to deliver better results to metal 3D printers around the world. Through their new collaboration with Eplus3D, the company is one step closer to achieving this mission. In addition to Eplus3D’s devices, the software is also already optimally tuned to the 3D printers of numerous other manufacturers – but at the same time retains its proven parameter openness to all other components.
