Ermaksan Additive is presenting the ENAVISION 150 Dual metal 3D printer at the International Dental Show (IDS) 2025 in Cologne. The trade fair is considered one of the most important platforms for digital solutions in dentistry and offers trade visitors the opportunity to get to know innovative manufacturing technologies. The Ermaksan Additive stand is located in Hall 3.1, Stand K008.
The ENAVISION 150 Dual is specially designed for the production of customized dental prostheses, crowns, bridges and implant structures. The system uses a dual-laser process that significantly reduces production times compared to conventional methods. By using powder bed fusion, components can be manufactured from cobalt-chrome and titanium powders with high precision. The combination of fast construction speed and high accuracy makes the device particularly interesting for laboratories and dental research facilities.
With a compact design of 1120 x 820 x 1900 mm, the 3D printer can be integrated into existing production environments to save space. The use of a servomotor-controlled drive system ensures precise control of the construction process and helps to reduce operating costs. According to the company, the technology enables optimized use of resources and higher profitability compared to conventional manufacturing methods.
The use of additive manufacturing in dentistry is significantly changing existing workflows. The shorter production time means that patient-specific solutions can be implemented more quickly, which is beneficial for both laboratories and dentists providing treatment. Interested visitors to IDS 2025 will have the opportunity to find out about the latest developments in metal-based 3D printing technologies at the Ermaksan Additive stand.
