Exentis Group AG presented its proprietary 3D technology platform, which enables industrial high-volume production, at Formnext 2024 in Frankfurt. The trade fair, which is considered one of the most important events for additive manufacturing, offered companies like Exentis a platform to present their developments to a broad specialist audience.
The focus of the presentation was on the ability to produce components with fine structures and a wide range of materials in large quantities. The technology platform combines these capabilities with flexible adaptation options for design changes and a production process that requires no post-processing.
Another special feature of the Exentis technology is the cold printing process, which requires low energy consumption and no material waste. The approach of relying on recyclable raw materials.
Gürsel Demircali, Chief Commercial Officer of Exentis, assessed the participation positively: “We were able to inform trade visitors about the possible applications of our technology and hold a number of discussions that could potentially lead to development projects and production orders.”
The Exentis technology is suitable for various materials such as metals, ceramics and polymers. It is used in both industrial manufacturing and cleanroom environments. Customers can choose between in-house production via license agreements and contract manufacturing with Exentis.
