Farsoon and Siemens expand Strategic Partnership for industrial Additive Manufacturing

Chinese 3D printing specialist Farsoon Technologies has announced a strategic partnership for integrated industrial additive manufacturing solutions with Siemens China.

Jack Cheng and Don Xu, both executives at Farsoon, introduced Siemens to the latest AM technologies for mass production.

The partnership will focus on several areas, including the integration of Siemens NX software into Farsoon’s metal and plastic AM systems and the use of Siemens automation and drive solutions in Farsoon’s AM machines. Siemens will also provide “design-to-manufacture” factory automation solutions and contribute its expertise in digital manufacturing. Farsoon customers* will also be able to use Siemens Financial Services for customized purchasing solutions.
