Chinese 3D printing specialist Farsoon Technologies has celebrated its 15th anniversary with the grand opening of a new campus in Changsha. The company, known for its additive manufacturing products, invited more than 200 guests, including industry leaders, scientists and partners, to an event with guided tours, discussions and an evening gala.
The new campus covers an area of 82,000 square meters. Facilities include a large-scale production facility for industrial 3D printers, advanced research and development laboratories and an international service center. This expansion underscores Farsoon’s commitment to driving research and development and advancing industrial additive manufacturing.
The event also included the Additive Manufacturing Innovation Forum, where leading experts discussed the latest advances and applications. Speakers included representatives from renowned organizations such as the Colorado School of Mines, Siemens and Jihua Lab.
In his speech, Dr. Xu Xiaoshu, founder of Farsoon Technologies, emphasized the growing importance of additive manufacturing in a changing industrial world. “Our vision is to push the boundaries of what is possible and help companies find new solutions to their production challenges,” he explained. Farsoon plans to further increase its investment in research and development to expand the applications of its technologies.
