The Chinese 3D printer manufacturer FLSUN has launched a new model on the market, the S1 Pro. The S1 Pro offers a maximum printing speed of 1200 mm/s and an acceleration of 40,000 mm/s². In addition to the speed, the printer also has a high material flow of 110 mm³/s, which should enable consistently high quality.
The S1 Pro, a delta 3D printer, also scores points with its large installation space of 320 x 430 mm. The hotend temperature of up to 350 °C and the heated printing plate enable the processing of materials such as ABS, PET, PA and carbon fiber-reinforced filaments.
According to the manufacturer, another highlight is the integration of the new FLUN WORLD cloud platform, which enables remote control, error monitoring and real-time updates. There are also improvements such as a quieter cooling system (noise level reduced to 55 dB), a revised FLSUN OS with better WLAN stability and the new FLSUN Slicer V2.0 software, which has been specially optimized for high-speed printing.
The automatic levelling and optimized algorithms for vibration-free prints are designed to provide flawless first layers and smooth surfaces. The FLSUN S1 Pro is currently priced at 1,099 US dollars. The company is also currently offering flash sales for 999 US dollars.
