Focus on 3D printing: Euro AM2025 announced in Glasgow

The Euro AM2025 Congress & Exhibition, one of the most important events in the field of additive manufacturing, will take place in Glasgow from September 14-17, 2025. The event will provide a platform for experts, companies and researchers to present and discuss the latest developments and applications of additive manufacturing technology.

The event will be held at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC). This modern convention center, located on the banks of the River Clyde, offers an excellent infrastructure for conferences and exhibitions. Thanks to its proximity to Glasgow International Airport and two other international airports, the SEC is easily accessible.

The Call for Papers for the congress started on October 30, 2024. Papers can be submitted online until January 15, 2025. The conference covers a wide range of topics, including materials science, powder production, consolidation technologies and applications in industries such as aerospace, medicine and automotive. Cross-cutting topics such as sustainability, digitalization and safety are also in focus. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and selected papers will have the chance to be published in the journal EDP Sciences.

The conference will be accompanied by an exhibition showcasing the latest products and solutions in the field of additive manufacturing. The exhibition area of 4000 m² enables companies to make direct contact with trade visitors and potential partners. Early bookers can benefit from discounted stand prices while space is still available.

The event not only provides a platform for technical presentations and networking, but also highlights the importance of additive manufacturing for the future of various industries. Interested parties can find more information, including the main topics and how to register, on the official website.
