
Swedish company Freemelt, specializing in the development of metal 3D printing technologies, has appointed Karin Stenback as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). She will join the executive management team and brings extensive experience from the medical technology and automotive industries. Currently serving as Director of Research & Development at Breas Medical AB, Stenback has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions within global industrial companies.
By joining Freemelt, Stenback aims to drive the company’s industrial development and the advancement of its products. She emphasizes that her experience in leading teams and projects across multiple markets aligns well with Freemelt’s current objectives. The company is in a phase of scaling up, where the industrialization of additive manufacturing technologies plays a key role.
