Full Spectrum Laser Announces Water Washable Resin

Las Vegas-based 3D printing company and manufacturer of SLA and DLP devices, Full Spectrum Laser, is launching their Water Washable Stereolithography Resin.

Using the specially developed photopolymer, any excess material of 3D prints can be dissolved simply by rinsing, while printouts of common resin need be placed into isopropyl alcohol or acetone to remove the outer layer of uncured material. These chemicals are not only expensive but also harmful to both environment and humans.

The Water Washable Resin is designed for Full Spectrum Laser’s range of 3D printers, including the Phoenix and Pegasus product lines.

“Printing with water washable resin is the same as printing with any other FSL resin, and requires no additional expertise. Dissolving excess resin in water is simple and straightforward, requiring only a short period of rinsing or soaking.”
