German Supplier Of Aviation Components Starts Printing Titanium Parts

Premium AEROTEC is a German supplier of key components for the aviation industry.

Until now, they have developed and manufactured components for Airbus, Boing and the Eurofighter Typhoon. These components were mostly aluminum, titanium and carbon fibre composites and are used for example in the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, the Airbus A350 XWB and the A400M.

Now, the company took a big step forward by opening a new facility for additive manufacturing titanium parts. The new facility starts production of a part of the fuel system for the military airplane A400M with three systems from Concept Laser.
