From April 1 to 4, 2025, GROB-WERKE in Mindelheim is hosting its annual in-house exhibition under the motto “Welcoming the World to Bavaria”. On an exhibition area of over 6,000 square meters, trade visitors and those interested in technology are invited to gain a comprehensive insight into the latest technologies in mechanical engineering and production technology. One focus will be on additive manufacturing and the integration of new manufacturing technologies.
One of the central highlights of the trade fair is the G550 5-axis universal machining center, combined with the new generation of the PSS-R900 rotary pallet storage system. This solution offers precise and efficient options for further optimizing production processes. The range is complemented by further innovations such as the clamping hydraulics for the G550T mill-turn machining center, which will be presented for the first time. Specially developed machines for machining large components, such as mega and giga castings, such as the G920F5, will also be demonstrated live.
In the field of additive manufacturing, GROB will be presenting its advanced technologies that enable a high degree of flexibility in the production of complex geometries. These processes expand the spectrum of traditional machining techniques and open up new avenues in the production of prototypes and functional components.
The in-house exhibition also offers a platform for international cooperation and innovation. With over 60 partner companies from various industries, the trade fair presents practice-oriented solutions for applications in the aerospace, automotive and energy technology sectors. In addition to machines and systems, the focus will also be on software solutions that support the digital transformation in manufacturing.
There will be numerous opportunities for trade visitors not only to experience the technologies in action, but also to take a look behind the scenes during factory tours. GROB’s in-house exhibition shows how modern manufacturing technologies are shaping the industry and offers an insight into the future of mechanical engineering.
