A stalk of a grape

Chef Edoardo Fumagalli and the Sous Chef Federico Sarzi Amadè at Locanda Margon – a 1-star Michelin restaurant located in the countryside of Trento, approached Holit to create a unique centrepiece that reminds customers of the beautiful surrounding.
Surrounded by natural terraces and endless vineyards, the team picked the stalk of a grape and designed an initial prototype. After a few iterations, the model was completed and approved. Holit proceeded to produce all the necessary parts using SLA printing. The pieces were post-processed by painting with RAL 8017 in colour selected by the customer and coating with a food-safe epoxy resin.
