INTAMSYS presents FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO: High-speed 3D printer for industrial applications

INTAMSYS has introduced the FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO, a new 3D printer for industrial use. The system utilises Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) technology and is aimed at direct applications in industry and small series production.

The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO combines compact dimensions with high performance. It achieves a daily production capacity of 500 to 1000 grams, which can even be increased to over 1000 grams in mirror or duplicate mode.

With an installation space of 305 x 260 x 260 mm, the printer offers sufficient space for medium-sized components. The evenly heated chamber reaches temperatures of up to 100°C, which minimises deformation and shrinkage and prevents warping. The maximum nozzle temperature of 350°C enables the processing of demanding materials such as PPS and flexible filaments such as TPU95A.

INTAMSYS has developed eight pre-configured material profiles for the FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO, including PC, PC-FR, PC/PBT, ABS-HS, PA12-CF, PPA-CF, PPA-GF and PLA. The company is continuously working to expand its material portfolio and is currently testing additional high-speed material profiles.

A special feature of the system is the IDEX (Independent Dual Extruder) printing system, which enables four working modes: mirror, duplicate, dual and support material printing. The support material mode is particularly advantageous in combination with water-soluble or easily removable support structures for complex geometries.

The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO also supports an open material system, which enables the use of open source filaments. INTAMSYS sees potential fields of application in the railway, automotive and electronics industries.
