MakerBot Europe Introduces Certified MakerBot Authorized ServiceCenters

In order to further improve customer service and, as a result, customer satisfaction, MakerBot Europe introduces the first eight MakerBot Authorized ServiceCenters in strategically selected locations in Europe.

These MakerBot Authorized ServiceCenters will be a point of contact close-by for all MakerBot customers. They will be handling all customer calls falling under the new 12-month MakerBot Europe Guarantee and the new European MakerCare Protection Plan.

The MakerBot Authorized ServiceCenters were selected by MakerBot Product Specialists. To gain the status of a certified MakerBot ServiceCenter their technical support experts took an in-depth certification training at MakerBot Europe headquarters in Stuttgart and their facilities have been audited by the MakerBot experts. They all served as MakerBot Resellers for a long time and have proven that they have the technical skills, the manpower as well as the logistics necessary to guarantee services at high MakerBot standards. Customers are expected to profit from quicker response and delivery times and local support. For these reasons MakerBot Europe may consider expanding the Service Center program even further and open new MakerBot Authorized ServiceCenters in more European countries in the future.

Furthermore the new MakerBot MakerCare Protection Plan – 24 Month Service Plan for Europe has been released. This Service Plan is brand new and provides the highest quality service and support from the MakerBot specialists. The MakerBot MakerCare covers twelve additional months of European manufacturer guarantee and a free phone support for 24 months.
