MCAE Systems to distribute Meltio technology in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in future

On January 23, 2025, MCAE Systems and Meltio, a manufacturer renowned for its laser metal deposition technology, announced a strategic partnership. MCAE Systems will serve as Meltio’s official distributor in the Czech and Slovak markets, aiming to expand access to Meltio’s metal 3D printing solutions and build a supportive ecosystem.

Meltio specializes in developing metal 3D printing solutions based on the use of welding wire. This material is considered safe, clean, and cost-effective, offering an attractive alternative to traditional metal powders. The technology is designed to enable industrial applications with a balance of precision and cost-efficiency.

MCAE Systems plans to advance the adoption of this technology through collaborations with technology centers, machine tool companies, robotic integrators, as well as universities and industrial companies in the region.
