MiiCraft Releases MiiCraft 125 DLP 3D Printer Series

Taiwanese 3D printing company MiiCraft has launched its 125 series of professional DLP printers, targeting the jewellery sector.

The MiiCraft 125 features the largest build volume of the new series with 125 x 70 x 120 mm, being able to accommodate more than 50 rings or up to 7 dental arches on one build plate. The devices are equipped with optical systems designed for 3D printers and can build objects with an XY resolution ranging from 30 to 65 µm and layer hight of 5 to 200 µm.

The DLP printers with automatic calibration are compatible with a wide range of photopolymer resins due to their modular mechanical design for light engines with wavelengths of 365 nm and 405 nm. User can also set curing time, layer speed, peeling steps and other parameters within the intuitive interface. The software enables to easily modify designs by using tools such as surface smoothing, edge enhancement and blurring.

Additionally, users can use real time print status monitoring and the stop/check function to achieve more accurate printing results.

While cost have not yet been announced, the MiiCraft 125 series will be reasonably priced according to the company. Below you can find the specifications of all models of the series:miicraft_125_dlp-3d_printer_series
