The Qixels 3D Maker Gives Kids Hand-On Fun with 3D Printing Technology to Create 8-bit Designs Reflecting Their Minecraft-Inspired Imaginations
US-based company Moose Toys has launched the new Qixels 3D Maker, a tool that lets kids create three-dimensional, pixelated designs and therefore offers a unique, hands-on approach to the world of 3D printing.
With the newest addition to the Qixels line that launched in 2015, kids can now take their 8-bit designs to the next dimension. Minecraft fans will be inspired to create 3D characters of their favorite animals, space ships, bugs, monsters and anything else they can imagine.
The Qixels 3D Maker introduces kids to the concept of 3D printing, empowering them from the start for the first time to turn hands-on play into building three-dimensional designs that will set them up for a bright future.
“We introduced Qixels to inspire all kids to be creative, improve dexterity and enjoy craft activities in a new way,” said Paul Solomon, Co-CEO of Moose Toys. “We’re thrilled to let kids take their creations to the next level with the Qixels 3D Maker, and give parents an opportunity to introduce the idea of 3D printing at an affordable price.”
The Qixel 3D Maker will be available for just $ 25 as of August.
