One Click Metal is announcing the PROline, a new product line for powder bed–based metal 3D printing. The system targets users moving from prototypical use to small-batch or series production who need reproducible processes and manageable operating costs. Since 2019, the company has addressed an easy entry into the technology with the BASEline; the PROline builds on this and expands performance and automation.
At the core of the new line is the MPRINTpro print unit. It operates with a 500 W fiber laser intended to enable higher exposure speeds and stable process windows for series parts. A self-cleaning filter system, developed together with Herding Filtertechnik, is designed for runtimes of up to 500 hours without intervention. This reduces downtime and lowers cost per part, especially with larger powder volumes and longer build jobs. Important for existing users: the MPRINTpro remains compatible with the previous unpacking and sieving unit.
In parallel, One Click Metal is introducing the MPUREpro. The station accelerates unpacking via vacuum-assisted powder conveyance directly to automatic sieving. Tool holders in the chamber and space for up to six powder cartridges are intended to shorten setup times and structure the material flow. In addition, a swappable Extended Module is offered which, depending on the material, allows part heights up to 250 millimeters, thereby expanding the usable build volume upward.
“When One Click Metal was founded the idea was to make metal 3D printing accessible through affordable, easy-to-use systems that empower more companies to embrace this transformative technology. Over the years, we’ve seen remarkable growth in the adoption of our solutions. Today, even manufacturers with high production volumes are seeking accessible and intuitive systems to expand their production capabilities. To meet this demand, we developed the PROline — a solution that brings industrial performance to a new level of simplicity and scalability”, said Gerrit Brüggemann, CEO.
The PROline will be shown for the first time at Formnext 2025 in Frankfurt from November 18 to 21; One Click Metal will exhibit in Hall 12.0 at booth C101. For users, this provides an upgrade option from the entry-level system to higher laser power and more efficient powder logistics without having to rework the entire process chain.
