One Click Metal optimizes metal 3D printing with new functions and materials

One Click Metal, provider of metal 3D printing solutions, has introduced a range of new features and material options aimed at optimizing workflows, expanding application possibilities and improving user-friendliness. The new features are designed to appeal to industrial users who value precision, efficiency and safety.

One Click Metal’s MONE digital platform now enables real-time monitoring with push notifications that communicate print status, material usage and potential errors directly to users. In addition, multi-device and multi-user functionality has been enhanced, allowing multiple users to work on one system with customizable notifications. Interested parties can try out MONE via a free 30-day trial.

In the area of materials, One Click Metal now supports CoCr Industrial, a corrosion-resistant alloy for demanding applications, and A6061-RAM2, a lightweight aluminum for use in the aerospace and automotive industries. These materials open up new possibilities for engineers working in high performance environments.

The Lab Module component of the system now offers a pre-heating function up to 200°C, which reduces stresses in sensitive materials and improves print quality. This function can also be retrofitted to existing modules via a software update, further increasing the flexibility of the system.

A new data format called .mprint and a plugin for Autodesk Fusion 360 simplify data preparation and reduce manual steps, thereby increasing productivity. In addition, the MPUREpro sieving station has been equipped with an inert sieving function that minimizes oxidation risks and improves the quality of aluminum and titanium powders.

One Click Metal will be presenting these innovations at Formnext 2024 in Frankfurt from 19 to 22 November at stand C101 in hall 12.0. The technologies on show underline the company’s efforts to further optimize work processes in metal 3D printing and make them safer.
