One Click Metal partners with Magù: New focus on metal 3D printing for the jewelry industry

One Click Metal, a provider of metal 3D printing solutions, has announced a partnership with Magù, an Italian specialist in titanium processing and precision casting. With this collaboration, One Click Metal officially enters the jewelry market, combining innovative manufacturing technologies with decades of industry expertise.

Magù, based in Vicenza, brings extensive knowledge in the field of titanium processing and supplies some of the most prestigious Italian jewelry brands. The company combines traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing techniques and will be a partner for the distribution and support of One Click Metal 3D printing systems. The aim is to make it easier for jewelry manufacturers to access advanced manufacturing methods.

A central point of the cooperation is the introduction of black titanium as a material for metal 3D printing. Black titanium is increasingly in demand in jewelry production due to its unique appearance combined with the typical lightness and strength of titanium. With this addition, designers can create sophisticated, aesthetically pleasing and durable jewelry pieces that set new standards in the industry.

The partnership also includes the development of new powders specifically for use in the jewelry industry. By working closely together, the two companies aim to expand the range of materials available to jewelry manufacturers, enabling more precise production of intricate designs.

„Our collaboration with Magù allows us to explore the full potential of advanced materials like black titanium, which combines exceptional strength and aesthetics. This partnership not only expands our material portfolio but also enables jewelry makers to push creative boundaries while maintaining the highest quality standards”, said Michael Volk, Product Manager Material, One Click Metal.

With this step, One Click Metal is underpinning its ambition to establish metal 3D printing as a standard solution in new industry sectors. For the jewelry industry, this represents an exciting expansion of its manufacturing capabilities without compromising on aesthetics or functionality.
