ONE3D expands production capacities with new NXG 600E from Nikon SLM Solutions

ONE3D, a developer of hybrid production and advanced post-processing of metal and plastic parts, has announced the purchase of the NXG 600E from Nikon SLM Solutions.

This metal 3D printing machine enables the production of parts with dimensions of up to 600 x 600 mm and a height of 1500 mm. Equipped with 12 1 kW lasers, the system addresses the needs of the aerospace and defense industry by producing large, precise and high-strength parts from advanced materials.

The investment in the NXG 600E marks an important step in ONE3D’s growth and innovation strategy. The facility will be used for aerospace projects in particular, such as the development of the Czech Army’s F-35 fighter jet program in collaboration with Lockheed Martin.
