OrcaSlicer introduces orcaslicer.com and warns against fake websites

OrcaSlicer is a popular open source slicer software that was originally created as a fork of Bambu Studio. Bamboo Studio in turn is based on PrusaSlicer and its predecessor Slic3r. Within a few months, OrcaSlicer established itself as an attractive alternative on the market thanks to an active community.

Originally, the software was only accessible via an official GitHub page and a Discord channel. In recent weeks, however, several websites have appeared under domains such as “orcaslicer.net”, “orcaslicer.info” and “orca-slicer.com”. These were not official offers. The developers explicitly pointed out the fake sites and warned users about them.

OrcasSlicer has now launched its own official website, orcaslicer.com. The site contains links to the official downloads and documentation.
