Phasio and the Belgian company AMIS have announced a strategic partnership aimed at optimizing digital process chains in additive manufacturing. The integration of their software solutions will create an end-to-end workflow from quotation to component production, which will particularly address service providers and manufacturing companies in the field of industrial 3D printing.
“We are thrilled to join forces with AMIS,” said Harry Conor Lucas, CEO at Phasio. “This collaboration is a natural extension of our commitment to enhancing user experience. Our integrated solution not only accelerates processes but also improves overall accuracy, ultimately reducing manual errors and freeing up valuable resources for more strategic tasks.”
Phasio provides a platform that maps the entire digital production process – from customer inquiries and quotation preparation through to shipping preparation. As part of the new integration, the data relevant to production is transferred directly from the Phasio system to the AMIS Pro build preparation software. This is where the build job is automatically created for processes such as Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Binder Jetting and Material Jetting. Once preparation is complete, all relevant information is fed back to Phasio to update production backlogs and archive part data in an audit-proof manner.
Kris Binon, Managing Director at AMIS added, “Our collaboration with Phasio represents a significant step forward in providing our clients with a seamless digital ecosystem. The combined strengths of our software platforms deliver a comprehensive solution that meets the evolving needs of today’s AM print service providers and production companies alike.”
The new interface is designed not only to speed up processes, but also to make them more reliable and scalable. The integration is aimed in particular at companies that want to digitally transform their additive manufacturing and optimize existing processes with the help of standardized software solutions.
