Printrbot has released the latest version of their popular Printrbot Simple 3D printer, that can now be pre-ordered online through their website, with shipping to starte in late July (U.S. only).
The Printrbot Simple v2 is an updated version of their former 3D printer, including features such as WiFi, removable built plate, LCD touch screen, enhanced electronics (Printrboard G2 and Powrboard) and dual power plugs. Additionally, the new printer comes with an updated handle and spool rack design, rubber feet, on/off power switch, led indicator lights, linear rails and bearing carts as well as an Ubis 13S hot end. The build volume of 203 x 150 x 203 mm is also bigger than the one of its predecessor.
