French 3D printer manufacturer Prodways introduces the DENTAL PRO Series, a range of 3D printers designed specifically for the dental industry. They are designed to transform dental lab workflows by increasing productivity, precision and versatility.
At the heart of the DENTAL PRO Series is the patented MOVINGLight technology, which is based on a top-down DLP (Digital Light Processing) process. This technology enables dental technicians to work faster without compromising on quality. Whether for complex dental models or routine applications, the printer can handle a wide range of tasks with a high level of detail, increasing efficiency in the laboratory.
The DENTAL PRO series offers a range of benefits for dental laboratories. Key features include faster print times and high accuracy, which are particularly important when producing complex dentures or orthodontic models. The print resolution of 600 DPI and 42 microns per pixel ensure that each layer remains detailed and consistent. In addition, the modular build platform with a size of up to 300 x 445 mm enables the production of up to 72 denture bases or 55 aligners in a single print run, which significantly increases production capacity.
The DENTAL PRO series is also flexible and user-friendly as it includes pre-programmed settings for different applications, allowing for quick switching between tasks.
According to Vincent Icart, CTO-CCO of Prodways Machines, “Our new dental 3D printers are a revolutionary solution for dental labs. They are designed to handle the increasing complexity of dental applications while delivering faster production times and superior precision. This solution is tailored specifically for dental labs that demand both efficiency and high quality in their output.”
With the DENTAL PRO series, Prodways focuses on quality and innovation and delivers a solution that is specifically tailored to the requirements of the dental industry. The new series enables dental laboratories to deliver consistent and precise results and exceed their customers’ expectations, be it in the production of aligners, implantology models or other demanding dental applications.
