On-demand manufacturing specialist Quickparts has appointed two new regional executives as part of its global growth strategy. Peter Jacobsen will lead operations in the EMEA region, while Aidan O’Sullivan will be responsible for business activities across North and South America. With this organizational restructuring, the company aims to accelerate decision-making, strengthen customer relationships, and expand its position in the additive manufacturing and supply chain solutions market.

“Quickparts has always been at the forefront of helping companies innovate and scale their manufacturing operations quickly and reliably,” said Avi Reichental, Chief Executive Officer of Quickparts. “With Aidan and Peter leading our regional organisations, we are empowering our teams to deliver faster decision-making, deeper customer partnerships, and greater operational agility. Their leadership will help drive the next phase of growth for Quickparts as we continue expanding our capabilities and market reach.”

Peter Jacobsen previously held leadership roles at Nexa3D and Addifab, bringing extensive experience in the deployment of industrial 3D printing solutions and the transformation of complex production systems. His responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing sites, driving the strategic development of production processes, and aligning service offerings with industry-specific needs in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

“I am honoured to lead Quickparts’ EMEA operations and help strengthen our global capabilities,” said Peter Jacobsen. “Quickparts has a powerful reputation for innovation, customer service, and manufacturing excellence. I am eager to collaborate with our teams and customers across the region to unlock new opportunities and deliver exceptional value.”

Aidan O’Sullivan has more than two decades of experience in manufacturing and supply chain optimization. As former Chief Transformation Officer at Quickparts, he led operational improvements and helped scale digitally driven production capacities. He previously held senior positions at Shapeways and food manufacturer Kerry Group.

“I am excited to lead Quickparts’ Americas operations at a time when manufacturing innovation and supply chain agility are more critical than ever,” said Aidan O’Sullivan. “Our customers are navigating rapidly changing market conditions, and Quickparts is uniquely positioned to help them succeed with speed, scale, and quality. I look forward to deepening our customer relationships and building on our legacy of excellence.”

Quickparts plans to further expand its investment in additive manufacturing technologies, particularly in rapid prototyping, small-batch production, and hybrid manufacturing workflows. Strengthening regional leadership is intended to improve responsiveness to sector-specific requirements in industries such as aerospace, medical technology, and industrial manufacturing.
