Bari, ITALY –  22nd November 2016 – Just closed the second edition of Formnext, International exhibition and conference on the next generation of manufacturing technologies.

This is year the trade fair was an amazing show full of new stimuli and confirmations. Bigger than the first edition with new and leading players of additive manufacturing technology. The Roboze team attended with a larger booth exposing its flagship product Roboze One+400, that sparked a huge interest from visitors, mostly by professional users of versatile 3d printing technologies who were looking for innovative solutions for advanced applications.roboze_formnext-1

The company in the first edition showed the beta version of the machine and after one year, with cooperation and collaboration from strategic partners in fields of aeronautics, aerospace and automotive, using the company’s technology to implement 3d printing in their manufacturing processes.

We finally can say that Roboze One+400 Industrial 3D printer for techno-polymers is ready to revolutionize the entire additive manufacturing sector. At the Roboze’s stand, it was impressive to see and hold real final parts printed with high thermoplastic materials. Those that have aroused the most successful were PEEKroboze_formnext-3 and PEI (known as ULTEM) and it was also amazing to see the new partnership between Roboze and the Formula 1 team Manor Racing for automotive application with end users parts made with Carbon PA and others used for metal replacement.

We are very excited to have been part of this edition of Formnext” says Alessio Lorusso, Roboze CEO. “It have been a natural step for us and a great opportunity to present of technology. We attended last year for the first time in the start up area, and this year we were close to Simens and Xjet. I strongly believe Roboze is position now in the fruitier of techno-polymers solutions for the industrial additive manufacturing sector. We presented an innovative technology in action and shared the advantages of printing high performances and high temperatures techno-polymers for end use parts and real functional prototyping”.

The last day the potential of this new solution was better explained by Gil Lavi, VP Global Sales & Business Development at the Formnext TCT stage event, where he shared the story of Roboze since it was established in 2013 and its solutions. Especially focused on the company’s beltless mechanical movement system that takes FFF quality, accuracy and repeatability to a whole different level, together with presenting a comparison with Mid and High-End FDM technology.

Furthermore, displaying real end use parts of advanced applications printed by Roboze unique techno-polymers materials, made by the company’s customers from Automotive, Medical, Aviation and more. After that the speech convert on explanation of capabilities of high thermoplastics with an interesting view of Roboze’s future, in term of material innovations.roboze_formnext-4
