Roboze White Paper “Peek vs. Metal” available now!

A brief overview on three production methods – FFF 3D printing systems, Metal 3D printing and the traditional production with CNC machines, compared  to create real competitive advantages for manufacturing industries.

Bari, Italy June, 8th 2017 – Roboze, Italian leading group in the industrial 3DP area, releases today a White Paper entitled “Peek 3d printing vs Metal production processes” , focusing on the comparison of a single part produced with today’s main production processes: FFF 3D printing, Metal 3D printing and the traditional CNC production.

Thanks to its 3D printing solutions, able to print high performance materials used in metal replacement with real 25 micron tolerances, Roboze has largely contributed to shift the focus towards the benefits that the production of parts with high engineering polymers like PEEK, in replacement to metals and associated with FFF 3D printing techniques, can offer manufacturing industries all over the world.

The White Paper, downloadable for free, contains the results coming from a comparison made on the production of a single part with Roboze One+400 3D printer, with Metal 3D printing systems and with CNC machines.

The document focuses on what is mostly relevant to businesses: time and costs. These data offer a good starting point to evaluate how industries can create and achieve competitive advantages in terms of cost saving in their own field, simply by adopting a 3D printing system.

The White Paper proves the importance of new generation materials in the global production environment, shifting attention towards a single case study involving the three methods.
