The Japanese SOLIZE Corporation will launch the ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED 3D printer in Japan as the authorized distribution partner of Roboze S.p.A. from 2025. The system, which will be installed at the Toyota factory, will be available for testing and production support from March 2025. Customers can verify applications and evaluate the printer’s relevance to their business needs.
The ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED is based on Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology and is capable of processing superpolymers such as PEEK, Carbon PEEK and PEKK. Thanks to a heated build chamber, components with precise dimensional tolerances and high mechanical properties can be produced. A weakness of FDM technology, the low strength in the layer direction, has been significantly reduced by Roboze’s proprietary HYPERSPEED technology. This enables the fast and precise production of end products that can replace metal or carbon fiber components, improving both productivity and cost efficiency. The printer can produce models up to 500 mm in size, making it suitable for both complex individual parts and medium-sized productions.
In addition to the ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED, SOLIZE also offers other models such as the Plus PRO for small batches and the ARGO 1000 HYPERMELT for components with a volume of up to one cubic meter. This variety makes it possible to adapt the printers to individual customer requirements.
SOLIZE, with over 30 years of experience in the field of additive manufacturing, currently operates 37 3D printers and brings extensive expertise to the market. At the TCT Japan 2025 trade fair, Roboze CEO Alessio Lorusso will present the ARGO series and its possible applications. The seminars will take place on January 29 and 30 in Tokyo.
