SprintRay Inc. Launches NightGuard Flex 3D Printing Resin and ProCure 2 in Canada and Europe

3D printing specialist SprintRay unveils NightGuard Flex 3D printing resin and the ProCure 2 3D printer in Canada and Europe. NightGuard Flex and ProCure 2 work together with the SprintRay 3D printing ecosystem to enable dentists to design, print, process and apply custom-fit dental splints on the same day.

SprintRay Cloud Design allows dental professionals to access AI-powered designs and on-demand designers to create night splints. The AI creates a customized digital design that speeds up the treatment process.

ProCure 2, a post-processing unit, along with cloud-based AI design, complete the fastest workflow for night splints. ProCure 2 is part of the SprintRay 3D printing ecosystem in Europe and Canada and offers efficient features. Its technology significantly shortens post-cure times, making 3D printing viable in dentistry.

“SprintRay NightGuard Flex combined with the new ProCure 2 is not only set to transform my night guard workflow but to dramatically improve the way I do things in a remarkable way, providing my patients with the most advanced, efficient, accurate, and comfortable process possible,” said Dr. Jonathan Ng, Certified Specialist in Prosthodontics practicing in Vancouver.

With the launch of NightGuard Flex and ProCure 2 in Canada and Europe, SprintRay expands its Protect-a-Smile campaign supporting occlusal health through 3D printing.

“We’re proud to bring the world’s fastest night guard workflow to Canada and Europe, radically changing how dentists deliver occlusal guards for bruxism and teeth grinding,” said Amir Mansouri, Ph.D., CEO and co-founder of SprintRay. “In the US alone, our dental providers have printed over 150,000 night guards using NightGuard Flex material and reported >90% satisfaction.”
